Now that the audition stage is over, it’s interesting to note who are the early favourites. According to the Latest X Factor Betting, the favourites are:

However, what do they know eh?! The true benchmark is what the people who will be voting think. So it’s interesting to see what’s going on over at You Tube.
There are 17 videos listed on You Tube featuring Rachel Hylton. They are of course variations of the same X Factor audition that we have added to this site (see panel on right).
All of the above contestants’ audition videos are also listed. So who’s video has been watched the most? Even before the boot camp has been shown on tv, the total number of people who have watched the Rachel Hylton Video is over one million - yes, One Million People!
Here is the number of views for each of the favourites:

So Rachel is so, so far ahead of her nearest rival. In fact, she is ten times ahead!

I think one of the under dogs will take the title this year.
The best singer is Laura White by far….she has the sweetest voice but she also has power. The most amazing thing about Laura is she sings when she talks! Don’t believe me? View her videos and you’ll agree! The nicest thing too is that she reminds me of Leona…such a nice person……both of them!
Rubbish reason to say she’s ahead in Youtube views.
The majority of people who use youtube are teenages aged 13-25, which is probably about 1/3 of the voters (you’d think more, but people who are older can afford to vote more than once.)
Secondly, nohing happened yet. All of this (auditions/bootcamp) happened months ago, so most of them will sound completly different from their auditions, due to practice and the alike.
Not saying she wont win, but its hardly a viable arguement is it?

Rachel as a cracking voice - so unusual - but she won’t win it because people will see her arrogant and nasty nature. She does not look as though she has changed to me - she is just hiding it. She had a massive strop at bootcamp and i think she will get worse.
X factor is about all over talent and Rachel is too arrogant.
Alexander or Laura to win.
The favourite on this site is Rachel but all the bookies say that Laura or Alex are faves to win it. So you can see that only Rachels fans are looking at this site.
I think she is amazing, but it is all a bit one sided.
Tina - thanks for your comments. I think it’s inevitable that this site is biased, however, we try to add comments that give an overall opinion and not just ones that are in support of Rachel.
You are wrong to say that only fans of Rachel visit this site. We have over 10,000 people visit this site every day and have a wide variety of messages.
The bookies have Laura as favourite with Rachel a very close second. Alexandra is in third place.
I do understand your comments and i DO think Rachel is brill but i just hope that her negative attitude does not let her down. She needs a break and with that voice will deffo get one.
Ano this is cheeky - but is she a southerner. A lot of people round her says she’s from Manchester but she sounds like a southerner to me lol.

The girls are stunning this year. I think Alexandra has the best voice - but seems to struggle to connect with the audience. Diana and Laura are more likeable than both Rachel and Alexandra, but neither have the voice that Rachel has. If only Rachel can control her nerves - which make her talk too much and seem arrogant - she has a real chance and is a great outside bet at 14-1 at the moment.
To J@Y, I am not one of the teenagers between age 13-25. Nor am I between age 25-35 or age 35-45. Get the picture? I use YouTube and I watch Rachel Hylton.
To Peter, what do you mean when you say that , Diana and Laura are more likeable. likeable to whom. Than both Rachel and Alexandra? Could it be that the “audience” is struggling to connect?
Rachel, you do what you do best, and enjoy the moment. When all is said and done you will be your own judge and jury. Be good and be wise.

rachel’s ego is bigger than her voice and on saturday laura sang better than her by miles .rachel cant remember her words blames danni for her mistakes,has a chip on her shoulder,and a criminal record on the other,cocain did’nt beat that lady up she did,if she wins it will be political correctness gone mad yet again,was it last year or before when a girl was kicked of because of her criminal record ,or was that different
